How can I start a SpiceBreeze subscription?

To start a SpiceBreeze subscription select your box size here: Choose your size
In the next step, choose a plan: month-to-month or save with a prepaid plan.

How often will I receive the SpiceBreeze meals?

We ship all box sizes and plans monthly.

When will my monthly SpiceBreeze meals be shipped?

Our regular shipping is between the 10th and the 15th each month. 
When you order, you can choose to receive your first SpiceBreeze (gift) box earlier. We ship surprise boxes every week.
In November and December, we offer additional shipping dates for any gifting goals.

Can I skip a monthly delivery?

Absolutely! You can skip one or more months. This is helpful when you are travelling or moving.  If you have a prepaid plan, please send us an email to assist you with this.

Can I easily cancel my subscription?

Yes of course, though we will be very sorry to see you go.
A cancellation applies to the future and prevents a renewal. To cancel, please login to your account here: customer login. 

Will I still receive prepaid boxes when I cancelled?

Yes, of course. Boxes that are prepaid before the cancellation will all be shipped as ordered.
