To which countries do you ship?

We ship to the United States and Canada.

How much are the shipping costs for a subscription?

  1. USPS letter mail shipping to the United States is free for all subscriptions. You can add parcel shipping for a small fee (shop).
  2. USPS letter mail shipping to Canada costs US$1 or US$2, depending on the size of the subscription box.

Where can I find my tracking number?

We ship all subscriptions with USPS letter - not parcel - mail. Unfortunately, USPS doesn’t provide a tracking number for this type of service.

If you added parcel shipping inside the U.S. (shop) or placed a shop order with parcel shipping, you can find the tracking number:
  1. Inside your account (login).
  2. In the shipping notice email.
